Baking exploded under lockdown. People found consolation in the delicious comfort of their favourite homemade treat, and baking’s a fun way to pass the time with family, or relax and de-stress. Treats taste better when they’re homemade together. As trends go, the oven was hot. We scoured news and social feeds to find recipes getting the most attention and created Golden Cloud content around those, along with easy to follow instructions catering to the average home baker and mouth watering visuals to keep them motivated. Yeast shortage? These pizzas are amazing, without a-raising. Banana bread all the rage? Here’s a super easy recipe guaranteed to a-peel. Everyone ‘s making scones? These scones will be s-gone in no time. You get the idea….
