The main challenge was to quickly replace an old version of the service, poorly perceived by its users.
So to put it shortly – creating a brand new, modern service, promoting an event, which in accessible and understandable way should provide the user with the necessary info on the initiative.
Reorganisation of the technical structure of the customer, which comprised of multiple domains (every year a new address was created).
Working out an interesting and modern formula of the new service, which should fulfill both the brand image and business goals.
Then the last challenge was to develop a constant support to the editorial teams, creating content for the website.
